You may return items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery. Items are thoroughly inspected before returns are processed, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been damaged or customized for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling fees). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way other than hotdvdmovies.com or it's local stores cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

16.What happen if I did not received the shipment?

After we provided the Tracking Number, the customer should track the items online frequently to avoid the troubles unaware in the delivery process. You can email our sales department directly on the lost shipment and we will investigate the case. Once we are convinced that the item was lost, we will replace a new shipment to you or refund. However, we will not be responsible for the lost if the you have furnish incorrect information in your shipping address.

17.What happed if the item was damaged during shipment?

Please remember to check the items at the time you receive it.You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment once you noted the product was damaged during shipment, we may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged goods to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement.
